Carmen presented one of the greatest technical challenges I’ve ever faced. With many of the same techniques seen on the ABC hit show Extreme Makeover, Carmen was transformed from someone with a very significant dental handicap who was ashamed of her appearance to a woman with an incredible smile, a new zest for life, and a person wanting to help others. She went on to become a tutor helping new mothers care for their babies. Giving Carmen a new smile and improved health has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life.
